 Dr. Gregory Kraskowsky grew up in Southern California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California at Irvine. He earned his Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. "Dr. K", as many of his patients call him, has over 11 years of clinical experience in optometry and ophthalmology practices in Northern California. Dr. K is board certified and is a member of the American Optometric Association and California Optometric Association. He currently lives in San Ramon with his wife and two daughters.

 Hi everyone! My name is Robert and I'm the optician at Alamo Optometry. I have been working for Dr. K. since he became the new owner. Part of my duties is to fit frames on patients, order and verify prescription orders, and to make sure all patients are happy with their glasses. I went to Bay Area Optical School in Union City and graduated as an Optical Assistant, and after a year, I received my A.B.O.C. (American Board of Opticianry Certificate). I have been a certified optician for the last 4 years. One of the things I like most about Alamo is that I can treat my patients as my friends.

 Hi! My name is Laura. As Dr. K's wife, I am increasing my role in our family business as our children are getting older. I can be found filling in for Robert or Rita when needed, filing, planning our fun promotions, or doing any number of tasks that support the smooth running of the office. I love being a part of the growth of our small business and getting to know our patients!

 My name is Rita and I am the newest staff member of Alamo Optometry. I've worked for 15 years as an Administrative Assistant, currently volunteer at John Muir Cancer Center, and am a mother of two teenagers. Everyday at Alamo Optometry is a new and rewarding experience for me. I enjoy interacting with the patients and helping them with their eyewear selection and making them feel good about their experience at Alamo Optometry.
